Senior Mechanical Tender Engineer
The Role & Responsibilities As our Senior Mechanical Tender Engineer, you will lead the charge in transforming complex project requirements into competitive and winning proposals . Your core responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive technical and commercial reviews of tender documents.
Developing accurate cost estimations for mechanical systems including HVAC, Firefighting, and Plumbing.
Managing the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical submittals.
Collaborating with the procurement team to secure competitive vendor quotations .
Identifying potential risks and providing innovative value engineering solutions to optimize costs.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional who brings both technical depth and commercial acumen to the table. To excel in this role, you will need: 5-7 years of solid experience in Mechanical Tendering and Cost Estimation within the engineering sector.
A strong background in Mechanical Engineering with a deep understanding of HVAC, Firefighting, and Plumbing systems.
Proven expertise in AutoCAD and advanced Cost Estimation software .
Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
A track record of delivering high-quality technical proposals under tight deadlines.
