Job Title: Purchasing / Procurement Executive

Salary: S$2,800 – S$3,500 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders based on confirmed customer orders and requirements.
- Source and purchase electronic components and related products from approved suppliers.
- Coordinate product specifications, pricing, quantity and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Follow up closely on purchase orders and expected delivery dates.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve product, quantity or delivery issues.
- Maintain purchasing records, purchase orders and supplier documentation.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
- Monitor procurement costs and assist with supplier evaluation and coordination.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain operations, preferably in trading, manufacturing, electronics or industrial products.
- Experience in handling purchase orders, supplier quotations, pricing comparisons and delivery schedules.
- Experience coordinating directly with suppliers on product specifications, order quantities, lead times and delivery issues.
- Ability to manage multiple purchase orders simultaneously and follow up closely with suppliers to meet required delivery timelines.
- Good understanding of purchasing documentation and basic commercial terms.
- Strong attention to detail and good record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
