Your tasks
Our clients are mostly long-standing, leading organizations with whom we collaborate for the long term. You are their fixed point of contact and ensure that questions, tasks, and projects are handled properly.
You visit your clients regularly and know what is going on. You listen, ask follow-up questions, and think ahead. Where are the opportunities to save costs or improve service delivery? You identify these issues, discuss them, and ensure action is taken. From an initial inquiry to quotation, execution, and delivery: you maintain an overview and ensure everything is taken care of.
- You will be involved in, among other things:
- maintaining and deepening existing client relationships;
- acting as a dedicated point of contact for clients;
- advising and brainstorming regarding questions and needs;
- identifying opportunities for improvement and translating these into concrete proposals;
- coordinating activities and projects from A to Z;
- monitoring planning, progress, quality, and agreements;
- liaising with clients, suppliers, partners, and colleagues;
- preparing and following up on quotations and agreements;
- collaborating with the Coare Architecture, Realization, and Management teams.

Requirements
For our growing Coare Beheer team, we are looking for a Client Manager. Someone who thrives on client contact, listens well, and takes responsibility. You know your clients, know what is going on, and actively think along about what they need.
