We’re looking for a Senior Leasing Executive with solid experience in Retail & F&B leasing and a strong network across retail brands, restaurants, cafés, and F&B concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and secure high-potential retail & F&B tenants.
- Manage the full leasing cycle from prospecting to opening.
- Build and maintain a strong local & international tenant pipeline.
- Negotiate rental rates, revenue share, lease terms, and commercial conditions.
- Develop and maintain the right retail & F&B tenant mix.
- Conduct market mapping and monitor competitors, rental levels, and new concepts.
- Prepare leasing proposals, reports, and management presentations.
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Technical, Operations & Marketing teams.
- Achieve occupancy, revenue, tenant-mix, and opening targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of leasing experience in shopping malls, retail destinations, or major commercial developments.
- Strong hands-on experience in both Retail & F&B/Restaurant Leasing.
- Established network within the Egyptian retail and F&B market.
- Proven track record in sourcing, negotiating, and closing leasing deals.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Excellent Arabic & English.
