Job Description Maintain an accurate listing of equipment and conduct inspections of the buildings. Report on maintenance issues and critical incidents, and supervise contractors and technicians. Inspect and verify that work orders are completed as agreed and on time. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work. Any other assignments as and when directed by the Management.
