Senior Maintenance Engineer

Cascade Solutions Inc. is looking for an experienced and solutions-driven Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our team and ensure the reliability, availability, and optimal performance of our Physical Security Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support of CCTV, Access Control, VMS, NVR, and related network infrastructure . Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for Physical Security Systems.

Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain CCTV/IP camera systems, NVRs, and Access Control Systems.

Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure related to Physical Security Systems.

Manage and maintain CCTV servers, recording systems, and VMS platforms.

Perform hardware and software maintenance for IT systems when required.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and minimize system downtime.

Prepare maintenance reports and ensure systems operate according to company standards.

Provide on-site technical support and emergency maintenance when required.

Follow up on maintenance tickets from opening through resolution and closure.

Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

Travel to customer sites and provide emergency support when required.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

3–5 years of proven experience in Physical Security Systems maintenance.

Strong hands-on experience with CCTV, Access Control, Networking, and Structured Cabling .

Experience with CCTV servers, NVRs, and Video Management Systems (VMS) .

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Valid driver’s license is a plus.
