Berlin City Kia is seeking an experienced Parts Inventory Specialist to play a critical role in managing parts inventory, supporting service and wholesale operations, and ensuring the right parts are available at the right time.

Position Overview:

As a Parts Inventory Control Specialist , you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, managing parts flow, and supporting both service technicians and customers. You’ll work closely with the Parts Manager, Service team, and vendors to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate parts inventory through regular cycle counts and audits

Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify shortages or overstock

Order, receive, stock, and track parts accurately

Pull and stage parts for service technicians and customer orders

Assist internal and external customers with parts inquiries as needed

Ensure correct pricing, availability, and ETA communication

Process returns, warranties, and core parts accurately

Maintain clean, organized, and compliant parts storage areas

Utilize dealership parts systems and technology efficiently

Support wholesale and retail parts operations as needed

Who You Are:

Experienced in automotive parts and inventory control

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership

Tech-savvy and confident using parts and inventory systems

Proactive problem-solver with a sense of urgency

Strong communicator and collaborative team player

Committed to accuracy, accountability, and customer service

Requirements:

Prior automotive parts experience required

Must be at least 18 years of age

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
