Facility Staff

BAKED. Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Facilities Staff to join our Operations Division. This role is essential in ensuring that all our outlets and production sites remain in safe and optimal working order. You will be responsible for executing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks that directly impact the daily efficiency of our business operations. Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will work across multiple sites to perform both scheduled maintenance and reactive repairs. Success in this position is measured by your ability to minimize equipment downtime, adhere to strict safety protocols, and maintain meticulous records of your work. We are looking for a reliable professional who is ready to support our growing network of outlets with technical expertise and a proactive attitude.

Job Descriptions: Perform scheduled maintenance and planned technical hygiene tasks under the recurring programme Provide completion evidence for all maintenance and hygiene tasks performed Respond promptly to repair requests from various outlets and production sites Maintain detailed records of work performed and spare parts used in the maintenance process Strictly follow electrical gas and work at height safety procedures at all times Monitor and report equipment conditions that require replacement to management Collaborate with the Head of Facilities to align on priorities and performance reviews Execute additional duties as required by the executive committee for efficient outlet operation

Job Requirements:

Vocational certificate SMK in an electrical mechanical or related trade Minimum of 1 year experience in building or equipment maintenance Valid motorcycle license for travel between various site locations Strong technical troubleshooting skills for facility equipment High level of safety awareness regarding electrical and gas systems Proven reliability and responsiveness in handling repair requests Ability to maintain accurate and organized records of technical work Willingness to work across all BAKED.
