Qualifications Education Required

• Bachelor's Degree

• Human Resources Management
• Labor Relations or related fields

Experience Required

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP HR systems.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing or supervising a team.
• Proven experience in data analytics using tools such as Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and its practical application.

Preferred
