About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Recruiting Coordinator to support high-volume hiring for a project based recruiting need. This role is critical in delivering a smooth, efficient, and welcoming candidate experience for applicants while partnering closely with onsite staff, hiring managers, and team leads.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, greeting and checking in high volumes of applicants daily

Manage candidate flow using an interview scheduling tracker, ensuring accurate tracking of arrivals and interview status

Distribute and collect candidate paperwork, ensuring completeness and accuracy

Coordinate closely with hiring managers, interviewers, and onsite team leads to ensure timely candidate handoffs for driving assessments

Act as a liaison between candidates and internal teams to keep the interview process running smoothly

Track and compile assessment results, ensuring all data is properly recorded

Upload candidate documentation and assessment videos into internal tracking systems

Monitor and manage the daily interview schedule, proactively identifying gaps or bottlenecks

Maintain a professional, organized, and candidate-friendly environment at all times

What You’ll Need

Experience supporting high-volume recruiting or onsite hiring events

Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including staff, hiring managers, and operational leads

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to provide a high-quality candidate experience

High attention to detail, especially with data entry and documentation

Comfortable working with spreadsheets and tracking systems

Professional demeanor in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

Basic understanding of HR practices and employment law

Nice to Have

Experience in automotive, logistics, or hourly hiring environments

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or scheduling tools
