Review of M&E system design with a view of future maintenance needs

Managing and participating in testing and commissioning of building M&E system

Management of facilities handover (including associated trainings, communications and related defects issues) to maintenance contractors and end users

Managing and monitoring of project schedule, preparing and submission of claims, managing claims schedule, processes and procedures

Leading outsource facilities management team in day-to-day M&E activities (including vendor management, reviewing and recommending preventive / corrective maintenance, planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance works and future upgrading works which may be required)

Developing, implementing, reviewing and maintaining maintenance / emergency process, standard operating procedure, etc.

Monitoring cost and expenditure of repair and maintenance works

Any other duties as assigned
