Tendering Engineer

Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and detailed price analyses.

Prepare technical and commercial tender proposals.

Send RFQs and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

Evaluate and compare suppliers’ and subcontractors’ technical and commercial offers.

Coordinate with Technical, Procurement, and Project teams during the tendering process.

Identify tender risks, discrepancies, and missing information and raise necessary RFIs/clarifications.

Ensure accurate and timely submission of tenders.

Maintain and update cost databases, supplier lists, and historical pricing records.

Support value engineering and cost optimization when required.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, .

Minimum 3 years of experience in Tendering/Estimation within the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity surveying, cost estimation, and price analysis.

Experience in Landscape and Water Features projects is a plus.

Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
