- Process optimization and fine-tuning for needs of product
- New product qualification and process margin evaluation
- Quality issue handling and problem-solving management
- Create new recipe for machine and DOE process condition
- Process experience priority: SMT, Mold, Sputter, Others
- Failure analysis in the process to make corrective action
- Yield rate improvement, UPH activity, SOP creation
- Educational background:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics and Information Technology Engineering
- Experiences:
- More than 3 years of experience as the process engineer
- Preference Experience in Semiconductor or EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) industry
- Skills:
- Team collaboration, effective communication and presentation skills
