Provide BAU operations and analyst support to the overall PMO team, keeping business-as-usual running smoothly alongside the transformation work Get across the nuances of the wider program so day-to-day support is grounded in real understanding of what's happening across workstreams Support senior partners on the project with day-to-day operational and reporting needs Take ownership of operational and BAU issues, driving conversations through to closure rather than just logging and passing them on Produce and maintain BAU workstream updates, scorecards, and other reporting deliverables to keep stakeholders informed Act as a first point of contact for operational issues, triaging and routing queries to the right function Interested applicants please send your resume in MS Word format and attention it to Rachel Yeo (R22104385).
