Role Responsibilities:
Work, often with alongside a team, on client projects
Actively participate in project and client meetings
Produce materials for business engagement meetings (e.g. PowerPoint decks)
Support with creation of high-quality work products within expected timeframes
Own key items for project delivery – including possible ownership of deliverables or work streams within a project
Track and monitor key project issues, risks, actions, and dependencies
Understand Alpha FMC and its services and actively assess ways to serve clients
Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business
Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge
Support with the development of one or two internal business management areas
Role Requirements (Skills, Experience and Qualifications):
At least 2-3 years of proven experience in the delivery of consulting or change projects gained within a leading financial institution or consulting firm
Significant experience within ‘blue-chip’ Financial Services organisations, preferably Asset or Wealth Managers
Experience of projects engaged on Target Operating Model, business processes and/or IT solutions in some of the following areas: Distribution, CRM, Portfolio management & Risk management, Middle & Back Office processes and outsourcing
An understanding of market trends, drivers and outlook of the Asset and Wealth Management market
Ability to mentor and coach junior team members
Strong academic background including a minimum of a 2:1 degree from a leading institution
Business language fluency in English
Willingness to travel
