*Higher Education in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or similar. *Minimum experience of 6 years in areas related to Maintenance and Project Engineering. *Good English skills (speaking, reading and writing). *Communicative, result oriented and excellent relation building skills. *Experience from working with change management is preferred.

As Regional Asset Manager you will manage a Technical Support Team and Department within the Europe and Asia Regions to ensure the Projects execution of existing assets for all Europe and Asia sites setting and disseminating standards and best practice between units. You will, with the support of the team of experts and engineers, seek the improvement of operating conditions and compliance with operational guidelines.
Main responsibilities *Define, prepare, lead and execute projects, in line with business needs and project management methods and techniques, in order to deliver projects according to objectives. *Manage the relation with a large variety of (groups of) stakeholders on a strategic level. *Lead Asset Projects which can be highly innovative and/or concerning Maintenance or processes with critical impact on business results. *Initiates projects and programs, define scope and activities, leads decision taking and manages uncertainties and expectations of a varied group of stakeholders. *Maintain strict control over asset projects and ensure that defined projects are completed in a timely matter. *Prepare and execute projects in a structured and agreed way using project tools (Helios, Small Capex, Funnel, etc.).
