ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Takecharge of outlet cleaning and set-up to prepare for operations
- Offer prompt, friendlyand efficient service to all guests
- Ensure tables,flooring, station cleanliness before and during operations
- Drinks ordering, billpayment settling, tables maintenance, service follow-up and bottle service forall guest
- Receives cash from guests, makes change,verifies validity of charges, records charges and ensures vouchers are properlyexecuted
- Orientation& buddy system for newly join staff
- Responsiblefor outlet closing and cleaning
- Updateguests about current and upcoming promotions
- Attend to guests’ needs and enquiries promptly
