Jewelry Sales Manager [ W Experience, Orchard, 5 days]

Job Title: Jewelry Sales Manager

Base Salary: $3,200 + Commission (NO KPI)

Expected Monthly Earnings: $4,000 - $5,000+ (Based on Performance)

Location: Orchard

Work Schedule:

• 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Monthly Rest Days: 8

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily jewelry sales and provide professional product recommendations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and support daily store operations
• Maintain attractive product displays and uphold brand presentation standards

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Jewelry Sales Manager or in a similar senior jewelry retail role
• Strong product knowledge of gold, diamonds, K-gold, and colored gemstones
• Existing customer network or client portfolio is an advantage
• Fluent in English with strong sales and communication skills
• Strong leadership, customer relationship management, and closing skills
• Professional, service-oriented, and results-driven
• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
