Full Set Accountant [ 5.5 days, Jurong East, Motorbike Dealer Company]

Job Title: Full Set Accountant

Salary: $3,000 - $5,000 (Based on Experience)

Location: Jurong East

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM
• Monthly Rest Days: 6

Responsibilities:

• Handle the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports, month-end and year-end closing, and management accounts
• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and statutory requirements
• Process invoices, payments, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and relevant authorities
• Support finance-related administrative duties and other tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 2 years of accounting experience
• Singapore accounting experience is required
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting practices and statutory requirements
• Experience handling a full set of accounts independently
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel
• Experience with accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Navision, SAP, or Oracle NetSuite is an advantage
• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
