E-Commerce Operations Manager

Your tasks

Lead day-to-day online commerce operations, improving order accuracy, service levels, and commercial performance. Key Responsibilities • Oversee online store workflows, product listings, and order processing. • Coordinate fulfillment, inventory availability, and returns. • Track sales conversion, order accuracy, and operational KPIs. • Work with marketing, customer service, and logistics teams. • Improve processes, document SOPs, and manage operational risks. • Prepare monthly performance reports and improvement plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, E-Commerce, or related field preferred. • 3+ years of relevant e-commerce operations experience. • Experience with online store platforms, reporting, and Excel. • Strong team coordination and problem-solving skills.
