HR cum Admin Assistant

About the Role
As an HR cum Admin Assistant , you will support the HR team inday-to-day HR and administrative activities.
Recruitment will be an important part of this role. The successful candidate should have hands-on recruitmentexperience , including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordinationand communication with candidates.
The role will also provide support in HR operations, employeeadministration and general office administration.
Responsibilities
HR Operations &Administration
- Assist with daily HRoperations, including employee records, HR documentation and filing.
- Support onboarding andoffboarding processes and ensure relevant documentation is completedaccurately.
- Assist with maintainingemployee information and HR systems.
- Support payroll, leave, claims,insurance and other HR-related administrative matters.
- Prepare HR reports, letters andother documents when required.
- Assist in coordinating employeeactivities, team events and other HR initiatives.
- Provide general administrativesupport to the HR team.
- Handle other ad-hoc HR andadministrative duties as assigned.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Support the end-to-endrecruitment process for various positions, including job posting, candidatesourcing, screening and interview coordination.
- Source candidates through jobportals, LinkedIn, recruitment platforms and other appropriate channels.
- Review and screen CVs based onjob requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Work closely with hiringmanagers to understand recruitment needs and provide timely recruitmentsupport.
Candidate’sSkills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- At least 1–2 years ofhands-on recruitment experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in sourcing,screening and coordinating interviews with candidates.
- Good understanding of therecruitment process and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively withcandidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive, responsible anddetail-oriented, with good organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to work independently aswell as collaboratively in a team.
- Strong sense of confidentialityand professionalism when handling employee and candidate information.
- Able to work in a fast-pacedenvironment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Officeand other common office software.
- Good command of written andspoken English and Chinese.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an HRAssistant, HR Coordinator, Recruitment Coordinator or similar HR role.
- Experience supportingrecruitment for multiple functions or across different countries/regions.
- Experience in a fast-paced ormultinational company environment.
- Familiarity with HR systems,recruitment platforms or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Candidates with strongrecruitment experience will be given priority.
