Job Summary You will prepare cost estimates and budgets, analyze project documents, manage tendering, and monitor project costs to ensure financial control and regulatory compliance throughout construction projects. Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities to support project financial planning Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify requirements and risks Manage the tendering process by evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotes to select cost-effective options Track project costs and monitor variations to maintain financial control throughout the project lifecycle Prepare interim valuations and final accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting Liaise with project managers, site teams, and procurement to coordinate progress and cost tracking Ensure compliance with relevant building and safety regulations to uphold project standards Preferred competencies and qualifications Some industry experience is ideal to effectively understand construction project requirements Strong attention to detail and numerical skills to accurately manage project costs and documentation Willingness to learn and grow within a team environment to support continuous improvement Good communication and organization skills to facilitate collaboration and project coordination Other Information Exposure to a variety of construction projects to broaden professional experience
