Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents. Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive. Maintain confidential records, files, and sensitive company information with the highest level of discretion. Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and stakeholder engagements. Liaise with clients, suppliers, partners, and internal departments on behalf of the executive. Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive meetings. Support the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and special projects. Manage office supplies and administrative resources for the executive office. Perform other administrative and executive support duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years' proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives. Experience supporting C-suite executives is an added advantage.
