What will you need to succeed? A strong work ethic and the desire to learn

Operation and maintenance experience at a wastewater treatment facility, or any equivalent combination of similar work experience and education.

Massachusetts Grade 3 license preferred or the ability to obtain within a reasonable time frame

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with superiors, other personnel, and the general public.

Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.

Familiarity with biological/chemical treatment processes with particular aptitude for laboratory analysis, record keeping, and facility maintenance.

Must be able to lift or move up to 40 lbs. on a regular basis.

Successful candidates will be required to complete a background check, pre-placement physical and drug screen before employment.
