Job Description
Our client, an established F&B and entertainment group, is seeking Service Crew to join its front-of-house operations team. The role provides friendly, attentive and efficient customer service while supporting the daily operations of a restaurant and live-entertainment environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist guests with seating and table arrangements.
- Present menus and explain food, beverage and promotional offerings.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Attend to guest requests, enquiries and feedback.
- Clear, clean and reset tables efficiently.
- Maintain dining-area cleanliness and presentation.
- Support reservations and queue management when required.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, host and other service team members.
- Support restaurant events and live-entertainment activities.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
Requirements
- Relevant F&B, hospitality or customer-service experience preferred.
- Strong service attitude and customer-engagement skills.
- Friendly, energetic and confident.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable engaging with different groups of customers.
- Able to handle orders and work effectively during busy service periods.
- Comfortable working in a restaurant and live-music / entertainment environment.
- Good teamwork and willingness to support outlet operations.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
