Record daily financial transactions and maintain a full set of accounts for accurate bookkeeping. Prepare simple financial reports for management use. Organize and file accounting documents for proper record-keeping. Manage warehouse and logistics operations and communicate with customers when needed. Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Track inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Use Microsoft Excel and Office tools for reporting and data management. Support e-commerce operations across multiple platforms to improve efficiency.
