Do you enjoy solving complex people challenges, advising managers, and applying your HR expertise across multiple countries? Join us as our HR Solutions Partner, DACH , and play a key role in supporting employees and leaders across the region.

Based in Darmstadt , you'll serve as a trusted HR advisor, providing guidance on employee relations, employment law, works council matters, and key HR initiatives. Supported by our HR Shared Services team for transactional activities, you'll focus on delivering practical, value-added HR solutions that help the business succeed.

This is an individual contributor role suited to an experienced HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, multi-country environment and can confidently manage sensitive matters with sound judgment.

Your tasks

Partner with managers and employees on employee relations, employment law, and people-related matters across the DACH region. Support the resolution of workplace issues while ensuring compliance with local legislation and company policies. Build strong relationships with works councils and support consultation processes. Ensure compliance with local HR policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards. Support the delivery of key HR programs, including performance management, compensation, engagement, and organizational initiatives. Act as a local Workday champion, promoting effective use of HR systems and self-service tools. Use HR data and insights to identify trends and support informed business decisions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with HR Shared Services, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to enhance the employee experience.

Your profile

5-10 years of HR experience in an HR advisory, employee relations, or HR generalist role. Strong knowledge of German employment law, including works council regulations (BetrVG) and collective agreements, with exposure to Switzerland. Experience partnering with works councils and managing consultation processes. Proficiency in Workday and experience working within a case management or ticketing environment (e.g., ServiceNow). Fluent German and strong English communication skills; French is an advantage. Confidence advising managers on complex people matters and handling sensitive issues with sound judgment. Experience working in a matrixed, multinational environment and collaborating across HR functions. Exposure to HR transformation, process improvement, or change initiatives is a plus.

This position is initially offered on a fixed-term basis, with duration and employment terms discussed during the recruitment process.
