Volvo Group Truck is now looking for a Functional Safety Manager to join the Cab engineering with Function Owners, to lead and guide them in the development of future functions. You will be an important part of building up our way of working with ISO26262 and securing the safety of our new functions. Main responsibilities The Functional Safety Manager shall own the Cab engineering planning for functional safety quality tasks and should lead the development of the safety concepts as well as coordinate creation of functional safety documentation according to ISO26262. You will be responsible to facilitate e.g. Hazard and Dysfunctional Analyses and be the first-hand contact regarding ISO questions for Function Owners and System Providers globally in Group Truck Technology (GTT) CAB organization. Ensure that Global Cab engineering way of working is compliant with the ISO26262 standard Own the functional safety list Lead and facilitate the hazard analysis and set ASIL classification Facilitate ISO26262 reviews with Suppliers Be the Global Cab expert in all ISO26262 matters Be the Global Cab representative in the GTT ISO26262 Community of Practice network Be part of the way of working with functional safety development and ISO26262 fulfillment
