Vixxo is seeking a full-time HVAC - R - Equipment Technician to manage a territory covering the Bronx, NY, and surrounding areas. Compensation ranges from $35 per hour to $40 per hour, depending on experience.

THE ROLE:

TOP 4 RESPONSIBILITIES:

Service and repair commercial refrigeration and ice machine equipment in a restaurant enviroment.

Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory.

Own relationships with your customers and inspire customer loyalty by providing professional and reliable services that adhere to all safety rules

Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements required by customers, which include conducting thorough inspections, performing timely maintenance on equipment correctly the first time, and completing descriptive and accurate paperwork

QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferred HVAC-R certification with a minimum of two years of experience servicing commercial refrigeration equipment.

At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or customer-service role

Must like coffee: Tasting is the final step in all repairs

Smartphone proficient in inventory, managing scheduling, and other tasks

Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
