social media specialist (Bali Based)

We're Hiring: Content & Social Media Specialist ( Bali Based ) Join our growing team and help manage social media accounts for a variety of brands and creators.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client social media accounts across various platforms.
• Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar.
• Research trends, competitors, and content ideas to keep accounts relevant and engaging.
• Identify optimal posting times and recommend strategies to improve reach and engagement.
• Assist in planning content and marketing initiatives for client accounts.
• Monitor social media performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Respond to comments and direct messages professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with editors and team members to ensure content is delivered and published on time.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Familiar with content planning, audience engagement, and social media growth strategies.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
• Creative mindset with the ability to identify trends and content opportunities.
• Experience managing social media accounts is preferred.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics is a plus.
