REFRIGERATION AND AIR CONDITIONING - LEADMAN

Leading the RAC technicians for the regular maintenance of refrigeration machines such as blast freezers, spiral freezers, cold storage, chillers, ice machines, and air-conditioning; Providing technical assistance to the immediate superior in the planning, scheduling, and implementation of maintenance programs for Refrigeration & Air-conditioning machines; Regularly checking the status of equipment and machines under repair and after repair; and Overseeing the completion of tasks and ensuring that all safety protocols are implemented.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Candidate should be a graduate of BS in Industrial Technology majoring in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology or any related vocational courses.
• With at least 2 years of experience in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems.
• Knowledgeable in Installation of split type aircon, repair, and troubleshooting of any RAC Machines.
• Must have experience with Ammonia and Freon Refrigeration System
• Preferably with experience in supervising or handling manpower.
• Willing to work beyond the normal working hours
• Willing to work in shifting schedules
