Vintage Tea Tours Ltd T/A Vintage Tea Trips is seeking to hire a Baker to work at Unit 14, 50 Rosemount Drive, Ballycoolen, Co. Dublin, D11 NH50, Ireland.

Duties

• preparing and baking a variety of desserts and sweet treats, including traditional scones, cakes and pastries;
• weighing and measuring ingredients according to established recipes;
• mixing, preparing and baking doughs and batters for desserts;
• preparing fillings, toppings and accompaniments;
• assisting with the preparation of sandwiches and light food items as required;
• ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene at all times.

Details

• Salary: €36,605 per annum.
• Hours: 39 per week.
• Applicants must have at least two years’ experience in a similar role.
