As Finance & Risks Manager BeNeSca , you’ll have a broad responsibility across finance, business performance, risk and people:

1. Financial Management

Oversee all financial procedures, accounting processes, controls and financial systems across BeNeSca. Ensure compliance with Group policies and finance best practices. Coordinate finance activities with local management and Group Finance.

1. Financial Reporting

Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, statutory accounts, tax declarations, management accounts, and balance sheets. Coordinate external audits and statutory requirements. Provide local and Group reporting, including quarterly business reviews and performance analysis.

1. Business Performance Management

Support the achievement of sales, gross margin and profitability targets. Provide management with insightful analyses on sales, margins, operating expenses and business performance. Identify cost optimisation opportunities and support pricing and profitability decisions.

1. Leadership & Team Management

Lead, develop and coach the small finance team in Belgium. Ensure succession planning, capability development and performance management. Establish and monitor finance KPIs.

1. Budgeting & Strategic Support

Lead the annual budget and forecasting processes. Provide financial guidance to support strategic decision-making. Challenge and evaluate commercial and operational initiatives to maximise value creation.

1. Data & Analytics

Ensure accurate financial and commercial data management. Deliver actionable insights based on business intelligence and reporting tools. Support commercial policies through discount calculations, customer analyses and profitability assessments.

1. Risk, Compliance & Internal Control

Promote a strong finance and risk culture throughout the BeNeSca organisation. Ensure compliance with Group policies and applicable regulations (internal controls, GDPR, anti-corruption, fraud prevention, ethics, etc.). Lead audit remediation plans and continuous improvement initiatives.

Who you are Qualified finance professional. Extensive experience in financial leadership within an international environment. Strong people management and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated expertise in business partnering, financial planning, reporting, compliance and risk management. Strong analytical, communication, leadership and decision-making capabilities. Experience with IT implementations and/or project management. Fluent in Dutch, English, French
