London, 4x days per week in-office Vega is looking for exceptional performers from MBB or investing firms, likely future founders themselves, who have the ambition to push their growth further and develop an operator’s toolkit across Product & Growth. About Vega Vega is transforming the way private markets operate. Alternative asset management is one of the most influential forces in the global economy, with over $20TN in assets today. Over the next five years, the industry is set to grow 3x, but GPs are facing challenges around their ability to handle the investment flows that are coming in. GPs have been completely underserved by innovation, particularly on the investor relations side. Vega built the industry’s first AI-native operating system, where all client work gets done - from the start of an investor’s journey to its end. We are rethinking how work gets done in private markets from first principles: the opportunity is big, but it’s also niche, high-stakes, and difficult to get right. Who succeeds in this role We look for people who match our ambition levels, and then raise it further. In this role, you will: Own an area of the product, from developing the vision, co-designing with clients, to working alongside a squad of engineers to build and deliver at the intersection of AI and private markets infrastructure
Drive forward growth topics and special projects, including supporting the enterprise GTM motion, opening a New York office, building out new bets from scratch, and developing Vega’s industry presence with events
What we look for: 1 to 4 years’ experience in MBB or top-tier IB/PE firm
Self-starter with proven track record of excellence
High agency and comfortable with ownership; ability to make decisions and drive execution independently where you see fit
Outstanding communication and analytical skills, including with senior external stakeholders
