Mandatory Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
- 5+ years in a ServiceNow Architect or Lead Developer capacity.
- Proven experience implementing multiple ServiceNow modules, including:
- ITSM
- ITOM
- HRSD
- SecOps
- GRC/IRM
- SPM
- Deep expertise in:
- ServiceNow scripting (client-side and server-side)
- Flow Designer
- Integration Hub
- Service Portal / Employee Center
- Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- CMDB architecture
- Strong experience with enterprise integrations, including:
- REST
- SOAP
- MID Server
- Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations , from design through deployment.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow security model, including:
- ACLs
- Roles
- Domain separation
- Experience working in Agile environments .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, regulated environments .
Desirable Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward CTA.
- Multiple ServiceNow CIS certifications , such as:
- ITSM
- HRSD
- ITOM
- SecOps
- GRC
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries .
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines .
- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting .
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and enterprise integration platforms .
- Experience supporting audits and regulatory compliance initiatives .
