System Analyst (MS Dynamics NAV/ Business Central)
The Team/Product:
You will join a multidisciplinary team of over 55 professionals, including product managers, system analysts, and developers, working with advanced ERP and POS systems such as MS Dynamics Business Central and LS Central.
What You’ll Do:
Participate in MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central implementation projects and system development work Understand client needs, conduct business process analysis, and design system solutions Consult with clients on how to optimize business processes and propose additional solutions Test project deliverables and development work to ensure quality standards Train client employees on how to use the business management system effectively Share your experience and knowledge with colleagues across the team Deepen your understanding of retail processes and their optimization
What we're looking for:
3+ years of experience working with MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central (experience with LS Central is an advantage) Knowledge of purchasing, sales, and process management and development, including e-commerce and other integrations Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex information and present solutions to clients Excellent communication skills in both Lithuanian and English, written and spoken Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, client-focused approach Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform solutions and creating Power Apps within •ERP ecosystems is an advantage
