About the role We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our International Business team. In this role, you’ll work with e-commerce retailers, marketplaces, and logistics partners, owning the sales journey from prospecting to closing while collaborating closely with Product, Operations, Customer Support, and Business Development teams.

Requirements

What you bring Proven experience in B2B sales with a solid track record of achieving targets, ideally in logistics, e-commerce, or cross-border delivery Experience managing complex, multi-country deals and leading negotiations with confidence Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and close new business opportunities Data-driven approach – able to translate market insights into effective commercial strategies Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus We are only considering candidates currently located in Lithuania, Vilnius Applications must be submitted in English, which is Omniva’s global working language

Salary

2900-3000 €/mon. gross

For this position, the gross monthly salary range is 2900-3000 EUR gross + quarterly variable pay.
