WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Be the first point of contact and business card of the office: Receive guests and employees as the good soul of the office

Optimize workflows to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity

Create a comfortable and inviting work environment

Identify problems immediately and find solutions quickly

Assist in planning small to large events

Prepare and follow up on meetings

Support your team with general assistance activities

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You speak German and English

You have experience working in a fast-paced environment

You have strong verbal and written communication & organizational skills

You have good people skills with a hands-on mentality

You like to work on your own initiative, develop ideas, and proactively contribute and implement them

You ideally have good knowledge in the use of G-Suite programs
