Junior Accounting & Tax Project Officer

Job Descriptions :

1. Work with the Senior Project Officer on execution for client projects (e.g., backdated projects, Accounting System Setup, etc.).
2. Review and validate the accuracy of data and preliminary reports before further processing.
3. Actively research, test, and implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) tool solutions to automate and optimize project workflows.
4. Conduct routine onsite visits to client offices for coordination, service support, and gathering project requirements.
5. Assist the team with cloud accounting software setups and implementations for clients.

Qualifications :

1. Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Financial Management, Taxation or other related fields.
2. 1–2 years of experience in Accounting & Tax, preferably within the fashion retail industry
3. Solid understanding of the full accounting cycle, financial statements, and fundamental Indonesian tax regulations.
4. Strong curiosity and passion for technology, with a proactive approach to researching AI tools and software to enhance work efficiency.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level) & Google Workspace. Familiarity with SAP and cloud accounting software (Xero, Syft, or Jurnal.id) is a major plus.
6. Willing and flexible to make routine onsite client visits with proactive, confident communication skills.
7. Strong attention to detail, excellent time management and multitasking skills, high professional ethics, and a continuous learning mindset.
8. Good command of written and spoken English.
9. Available to start immediately
