Technical Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will lead technical operations, ensuring that construction projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Plan, organize, and oversee technical aspects of building construction projects from inception to completion. - Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, clients, and internal project teams to resolve technical issues. - Ensure effective management of RFIs, design changes, and technical documentation. - Manage technical teams ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality control, and project timelines. - Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and progress updates for stakeholders. - Identify potential risks, troubleshoot technical problems, and implement effective solutions. - Lead and supervise the technical team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of technical requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 10 years' experience in technical management within the building construction industry. - Proven leadership ability managing multidisciplinary teams in large-scale construction projects. - Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality assurance standards. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Proficiency in project management and construction software tools. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
