Assembly Engineer/Test Engineer/Failure Analysis Engineer

Position: Assembly Engineer Job Description: -Performs assembly process and quick check after assembly process including documentation update such as manufacturing instruction, process management plan or necessary which be related with operation. -Leading continuous improvement in assembly process area including best practice with efficiency improvements, cost reduction or quality improvement programs, and new product support -Performs and provided technical support activities related with assembly process, process improvement. -Design or develops assembly fixtures for smooth assembly and understand assembly fixtures drawing. Position: Test Engineer Job Description: -Performs automatic test system (ATS) including documentation update such as manufacturing instruction, process management plan or necessary which be related with operation. -Analyze and drive manufacturing test technologies with a goal of continuous improving yield production line, programing automation and reduction of manual commands and data inputs. -To responsibility for design, develops new test script and modify existing test hardware and software to meet product and process requirement. -To responsibility for analyze debug and recommend corrective actions for test related issues on the manufacturing. Position: Failure Analysis Engineer Job Description: -Lead failure analysis (FA) of transceiver product activities from manufacturing incidents originating from testing for new product development and field systems. Ensure that root cause is identified at the most detail level. -Support and participate in new product transfer, activities providing failure analysis in pilot builds till product release to mass production. -Provided and recommends debug disposition and debug flow based on FA finding which concerning technical issues related to the transceiver product.

Qualifications: College degree or above, majors in Production, IE and Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Computer preferred. Minimum of 3+ yrs. of experience in process engineer about assembly, test and failure analysis process in transceiver manufacturing or related field. Experience about Assembly Fixture design is required. Proficient in using solidwork, Tolerance measurement and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), etc. Experience in functional test, test hardware, software and test code. Experience in sequence and parameter of module test. Experience about 8D Report, test script and code debug Experience about failure analysis process flow are required Experience in similar electronics industry. Experience in process & Yield improvement is required.
