Project Manager & Planner (PMO)

This is an incredible Full-Time, On-site opportunity within the Engineering - Construction/Civil/Architecture sector, where your expertise in project management and planning will drive impactful initiatives from conception to completion.

You will be instrumental in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities: As our Project Manager & Planner, you will be the architect of success, meticulously orchestrating project timelines and resources. Your core responsibilities will include:
Build and maintain project timelines, milestones, and resource plans across all disciplines
Coordinate deliverables between internal teams and external stakeholders — clients, developers, contractors, and consultants
Track progress against scope, budget, and schedule, and flag risks early
Monitor team productivity rates and delivery performance across disciplines
Manage variation orders and their impact on scope, cost, and programme
Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation
Run coordination meetings and workshops
Keep project execution aligned with client and organizational goals
Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your robust command of Project Management Professional (PMP) principles, coupled with hands-on expertise in Primavera P6, Primavera Project Planner, and Microsoft Project . Your proficiency in Engineering Project Management, Planning, Construction Management, Risk Management, and Resource Allocation will be critical to your success.

What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in architecture, construction, or fit-out
- Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 (required)
- Working knowledge of task management platforms — Jira, Asana, Notion, or similar
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Odoo or Zoho
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to hold a schedule against pressure
Industry experience we're looking for:
- Solid grasp of consultant scope of work and consultancy workflow
- Direct experience working with main developers
- Working knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions
- Practical handling of variation orders — assessment, documentation, and follow-through
- Clear understanding of design phases across all disciplines: architectural, interior, MEP, and structural
- Proven track record working alongside consultants, developers, and contractors (preferred)
- Willingness to take a lead in developing the team and improving how we work
Nice to have:
- Experience using AI tools to support scheduling, reporting, or workflow automation
