Indoor Sales Support Executive (Freight Forwarding) $3,000 – $3,500 Little India 9am - 6pm (Monday to Friday) Job Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries via email and phone. Prepare air freight and local trucking quotations. Source and compare freight rates from airlines, trucking providers and overseas agents. Follow up on quotations and customer enquiries. Conduct cold calls and telemarketing to develop new business. Support the sales team with customer follow-up and account servicing. Gather shipment details including cargo type, weight, dimensions, collection and delivery locations. Update quotations, customer records and sales activities in the company system. Provide customer service and perform other sales support duties as required.

Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, air freight or related industries. Basic knowledge of air freight quotations, shipment processes and local trucking. Experience handling customer enquiries, rate requests and quotation follow-ups. Comfortable with cold calling and customer follow-up. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience with freight forwarding software is an advantage. Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
