HR Generalist

What You’ll Do: As HR Generalist you’ll take full ownership of the HR function in a fast-growing company.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from posting job openings to interviewing top talents.
• Lead a smooth onboarding experience and ensure new joiners feel supported from day one.
• Be the go-to HR partner for our team, providing guidance, support, and practical solutions on people-related matters.
• Drive and execute HR initiatives, including performance management, company culture, engagement, and learning programs.
• Oversee HR operations and administration to ensure everything runs efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with leaders on strategic HR projects that strengthen our culture, growth, and team alignment.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years experience as HR Generalist.
• A genuine passion for people and creating a supportive work environment.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, easygoing, adaptable, and collaborative.
• Solid understanding of HR practices (recruitment, talent development, HR operations and HRIS)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and ever-evolving environment.
• Willing to be placed in Ketintang, Surabaya
