Job Responsibilities Supervise daily F&B outlet operations and staff performance. Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. Manage staff scheduling, training, and attendance. Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards. Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues. Assist in inventory control and stock management. Job Requirements Minimum2 years of relevant experience. Good leadership and communication skills. Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Able to stand for a long time during work. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations. Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
