Job Description
- Get quotation, update master data, control master data on system
- Issue PO to suppliers, control delivery, control stock
- Make payment request to suppliers
- Deal with quality & quantity issue, issue debit note/ credit note to supplier
- Set up new supplier (if any)
- GRN/ adjust stock/ transfer...
- Graduated from University (Faculty of Economics, Business, … is preferable)
- Have knowledge about purchasing jobs/procurement for at least 2 years (Electronics components is an advantage)
- Good at system control, Excel file, Powerpoint
- English from level B for 4 skills
- Ability to work under high pressure
