About the company

A firm which has maximised organic growth and has demonstrable experience of developing Paraplanners through a career path is hiring an additional Paraplanner. Many who join enjoy being involved in highly technical functions or an influential voice on the investment committee, and others through development to becoming a Financial Planner.

The teams comprise of highly experienced FP Administrators and a number of experienced Paraplanners and developing Paraplanners. You can also expect to be able to share your knowledge with the team, just as others will share theirs; the environment is very collaborative.

Your tasks

This firm recognise the essential part a Paraplanner plays in the advice process and encourages a proactive contribution in the role; you won't simply be taking instructions here; you'll be encouraged to make a meaningful contribution. The funds under advice is considerable and the cases you will get involved in will be varied and technical.

What we offer

Salary for this role is anywhere from £38,000 - £50,000+ and whilst this spans a wide range, it should give you comfort that you have scope for development or indeed you will be valued for what you are worth if you are highly experienced.
