Business Development & Retail Acquisition Specialist

The Business Development Specialist is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing potential new store locations across Egypt, in line with Spinneys’ strategic expansion goals. This role involves market research, feasibility analysis, site visits, and coordination with landlords, agents, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective store openings.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in business development, location scouting, or real estate. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Good Command in English (spoken and written). Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Willing to travel across governorates.
