Beautician – Requirements Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or relevant beauty certification (e.g. WSQ, ITEC) Basic skills in facial treatments, skincare, or beauty services Good communication and customer service skills Friendly, well-groomed, and professional Able to recommend suitable skincare products and treatments Basic sales skills (upselling packages/products) Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Experience in beauty or spa industry is a plus
