- Oversee the daily operations of security, housekeeping, maintenance, and landscaping.
- Supervise facility staff and ensure high service quality.
- Conduct routine inspections of common areas and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.
- Handle residents’ complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare periodic operational reports.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Management, preferably in residential compounds.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage daily operations efficiently and work under pressure.
